My Father and uncle were both polio survivors and both had long lasting effects. From a young age I always wanted to be nurse.
I had cancer as a young child and spent much of my youth going to check ups and spending time in hospital. My nurses were amazing and I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything but nursing.
I wanted to pursue nursing to help others during their most vulnerable times.
Trish joined Hospice Georgian Triangle in July 2019 as Interim Executive Director. She has an extensive background with 20 years experience in palliative care and more than 25 years in healthcare in the Collingwood area.
