Visiting volunteer program
Hospice Georgian Triangle offers a visiting volunteer program. The goal is to provide short-term relief for primary caregivers, allowing them personal time.
All of our Community Support Volunteers undergo hospice palliative care training.

One-on-one caregiver counselling
Our life-limiting illness support group is open to anyone living with a life-limiting diagnosis, who is looking to connect with others who are on a similar journey. There is great support in connecting with others. There will be opportunities to work on Legacy Projects and discuss the challenges you face.

Caregiver support group
Also offered by Hospice Georgian Triangle is a caregiver support group that is facilitated by staff and allows peers to share experiences and coping strategies.
Palliative support for patients
Hospice Georgian Triangle offers group support for individual’s diagnosed with a life limiting illness. This group focuses on living in the moment, sharing experiences, and adapting to changes as they come. These peer support group meetings are facilitated by trained staff.
