The Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation has wrapped up their third successful online 50/50 with the generous support of Royal LePage Locations North, our Title Sponsor.

Royal LePage Locations North has been holding a winter fundraiser for Hospice Georgian Triangle for over 30 years. This fundraiser used to be called Ski Day, then later when snowshoeing and even hitting the spa were added, it became known as Winter Blast. As this event was not possible this year due to COVID-19 restrictions, these incredible supporters came on board to sponsor our online 50/50!

The winners of the jackpot, Darlene & Angela Cole, are sisters-in-law who purchased their tickets together. Many locals will know these ladies! Darlene works at Blue Mountain Chrysler, and Angela at Errinrung Long Term Care & Retirement Community. Pictured here, they are standing in front of Campbell House with Kelley Cookson, Community Events & Engagement Coordinator and Janet Fairbridge, Foundation Director, accepting their $17,175 winnings!

2020 has been a hard year for so many, and our local charities are no exception. Darlene & Angela are great supporters of Hospice Georgian Triangle and want to do whatever they can to help us spread the word about our incredible online 50/50 raffles!  By purchasing your 50/50 tickets, you are helping your friends and neighbours when they need it most. All funds raised provide needed palliative care for clients, patients and families being cared for by Hospice Georgian Triangle.

Thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket for the Royal LePage Locations North Winter Blast 50/50 raffle and helped to spread the word! Your generous support makes a difference in the lives of many.

Stay tuned for The Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation’s next online 50/50, which will launch May 1st, 2021!
