Hospice Georgian Triangle is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Support Assistant. In this role, you will assist the Community Support Lead and team in meeting the needs of clients and families affected by palliative illness, death, and grief.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with community client programs, providing individual support and counseling, and facilitating group support both in-house and in the community.
