Judy was a professional nurse for over 50 years. She joined the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in the 1970’s where she worked in the ICU and other departments. During the progression of her career at the hospital, Judy became the Head of Admitting and Discharge Planning and the representative of Hospice Care. This program was instrumental in establishing what is now Hospice Georgian Triangle.
Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate care in the home and at Campbell House for individuals and families dealing with life-limiting illness living in the communities of The Town of Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Wasaga and Clearview Township. Care programs come at no cost and focus on the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of both the patient and family, enhancing quality of life.
